Note when moving to a new address

If you switched to us as your electricity supplier for your current address, everything is in order—your contract with the previous electricity supplier will end when the contract transfers to us, Vihreä Älyenergia. However, if you are moving and have made an electricity contract for your new address, please note that your old address’s electricity contract does not automatically end just because you have made a new electricity contract for your new home. You will continue to receive electricity bills for your old address until you terminate the contract or the new resident at the old address sets up an electricity contract.

New portal

Our new customer portal shares the same name as our app, and from now on, you can manage your electricity services with us either through the portal in your browser or by downloading the Älyenergia app to your smartphone.

Our old customer portal will remain available until the end of June 2025. We recommend using the new Älyenergia portal or app.
